Purpose: The Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce Manufacturing Council's role is to support, educate, and assist manufacturing and industrial companies in Piqua while promoting and enhancing a positive business climate in the Piqua area.
Benefit: The Manufacturing Council offers an opportunity for management teams to come together, communicate and build mutually-beneficial partnerships. The Council provides a venue to interact with other members with peer collaboration to share expertise in solving mutual manufacturing related issues.
The Council will meet monthly on the third Wednesday at 10:00 am. Each month a Piqua manufacturer will host either a plant tour or roundtable discussion.
All large and small manufacturers are invited to participate. As a value added benefit to members of the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce, there is no fee to participate. The annual fee to non-membes is $200.
Plant tours are open to CEO's, plant managers, production supervisors and operation managers. Roundtable discussions will be limited to plant managers and CEO level individuals.
