The 2016 Steak Fry and Auction is coming up on September 15th!

On September 15th, the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting its Annual Steak Fry. The Steak Fry will again be located at Lloyd Fry’s hanger which is located at 10325 N. Harding Rd., Piqua. We are planning another fun filled event, full of great auction item opportunities, food, beer, and networking.

We are reaching out to you, our current chamber members, for donations to help support our annual chamber budget. If there is an item that your company would be willing to donate to the auction it would be greatly appreciated; also, your company receives recognition from the Chamber and attendees during the event. We, the Chamber, can pick these item(s) up from you or you can drop them off at the Chamber office. If your company would rather give a monetary donation in lieu of an auction item, we will use the collected amount to purchase large items for the auction. Once again, we will give your company recognition of your support to the Chamber. If you chose to give a cash donation to the event, please complete the form below.

Finally, if you would like to purchase tickets for the event, each ticket is $35. Tickets can be ordered online, mailed to you or you can pick them up at the Chamber office. Some items that we have already received for the action are: a Bengal’s Logo Table; and a one night stay at the Piqua Comfort Inn with a $20 Cinemark gift card, a $30 Red Lobster gift card and a bottle of Rodeo Red from the Winery at Versailles. We are expecting a great turn out with lots of desirable items this year so please get your tickets now to assure that you don’t miss this event!
